3 Ingredient Quesadillas

  • Mexican/Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Sliced Black Olives (or toppings of your choice)
  1. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Heat to medium/medium high.
  2. Place one flour tortilla in pan.  Cover with a layer of cheese.  Sprinkle black olives and a little more cheese over black olives (this will help hold quesadilla together when second tortilla is added).
  3. When cheese is mostly melted, add second tortilla on top.  While holding the second tortilla in place, carefully flip the quesadilla. 
  4. Cook for 30-45 seconds.
  5. Remove from pan and let cool for 1-2 minutes.  Slice then serve.
*Salsa, sour cream and/or guacamole are great for dipping.
*You can add as many toppings as you like - diced tomatoes, avocados, shredded/diced chicken, etc.
