Garlicy Peas and Pasta

  • Spaghetti Noodles
  • Butter
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • Steamed Peas
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Cook spaghetti noodles as directed on box.  Drain water and set noodles aside for now.
  2. Crush 2-3 cloves of garlic.  Then, in the same pot the noodles were cooked in, saute the garlic in some butter 1-2 minutes.  Stir often to prevent burning.
  3. Add noodles back to the pot with the butter and garlic.  Mix until noodles are coated with garlic butter.  
  4. Add some peas, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and add salt and pepper to taste. 
*To make a creamy sauce, add a couple of tablespoons of milk.
*I use left over peas from the dinner the night before.
